I would love to see the proof that Geo-Thermal isn’t receiving government subsidies.
As far as high speed rail goes, you do know that last year Amtrak LOST $32.00 PER PASSENGER meaning we subsidized their travel with tax dollars. High speed rail is a giant waste of money and will be an absolute NIGHTMARE to defend against terrorist attacks!
Guiliani is just another RINO like John McCain…we don’t need any more RINO’s I would rather my enemies not pretend to be my friend and McRino and the rest of the squishy Republicans should join their buddy Arlin Spector as far as I am concerned.
And John McCain was a man who loved his country. So what if he supported campaign finance reform. Most Americans do, they do not see bribery and free speech as the same thing. What you need to realize is that Corporate America, after this ruling, will never allow for immigration reform. They are all for illegal immigration because it means cheap labor for them.
1. These companies should have freedom of speech because they absolutely should have the ability to petition a Government that passes laws that effect their very existence.
2. McCain/Feingold stifled corporations but allowed Unions to gain massive power…which is why Andy Stern has keys to the Oval Office.
3. When it comes to illegal immigration the fact is it is Liberals who keep it alive. They always say, “They do jobs American’s won’t do” and when you make them legal which is what Progressives want to do, then we will need a new batch of illegals and the cycle will begin again. See Regan played the game…gave amnesty in trade for tough enforcement that progressives have blocked. If we want to solve illegal immigration we impose a mandatory minimum of 20 years in prison for all corporate officers of any company employing illegals…but it won’t be companies standing in the way of that legislation…it would be Progressives. So please sell that “Cheap Labor” line to someone else.
Geothermal energy is non-subsidized and profitable and cheap and clean. Hooray! It’s heating up!
